Saudi Major Announces April PP, PE Offers with Price Hikes

The revised offers, on an FD Jeddah, cash basis (excluding VAT), are as follows:
HDPE film: $1090/ton
HDPE blow: $1140/ton
LDPE film: $1250/ton
HDPE injection: $1110/ton
LLDPE film: $1080/ton
Homo-PP raffia & injection: $938/ton
Despite below-average demand, tight supply remains a key driver. Additionally, Saudi Arabia is expected to lift re-export restrictions on PP within 2–3 months, prompting price adjustments to phase out subsidies.
