Major Indonesian Producer Raises Domestic PP and PE Offers Again

According to traders, a major Indonesian producer has announced another round of increases across its domestic PP and PE offers, with prices moving higher across all listed grades. This marks the third PE price increase of the week, while PP prices have been raised for the second time.

In the PE segment, the producer increased LLDPE film offers by IDR350,000/ton ($20/ton), while prices for LLDPE injection and HDPE film were raised by IDR360,000/ton ($21/ton) each.

For PP, offers for homo-PP film and PP block copolymer injection increased by IDR350,000/ton ($20/ton). Meanwhile, homo-PP raffia, homo-PP injection, BOPP film, and PP random copolymer injection prices were lifted by IDR360,000/ton ($21/ton) each.
