SE Asian Producers Announce Lower July PVC Offers

PVC sellers across Southeast Asia have rolled out their July pricing with notable reductions, following the bearish trend set by major regional suppliers earlier this week. Weak demand and ample supply continue to pressure the market, prompting producers to adjust offers lower for the second consecutive month.
An Indonesian producer reduced its July PVC K67 offers by $120-140/ton compared to June, bringing prices to $760-780/ton CIF Southeast Asia, cash. Market sources indicated that the supplier maintained its regular allocation volumes for regional buyers. The latest reduction extends the producer’s downward pricing trend after resuming offers following a two-month suspension earlier this year.
July PVC Offer Highlights
Indonesian PVC K67 — $760-780/ton CIF SEA
Down by $120-140/ton from June
Thai PVC K67 — $830/ton CIF SEA
Down by $40/ton from June
A Thai producer also lowered its July PVC prices, though the adjustment was more moderate. The supplier set July offers at $830/ton CIF Southeast Asia, cash, reflecting a $40/ton decrease from the previous month. The producer had previously suspended regional offers during April and May before returning with higher June pricing.
Market participants noted that the Thai supplier is currently offering larger-than-usual volumes to regional customers, signaling comfortable availability despite the softer pricing environment.
