RIL Increases HDPE by ₹2/kg, LLDPE/LDPE by ₹5/kg from July 27, 2026

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has announced an increase in its domestic Polyethylene (PE) polymer prices, effective from July 27, 2026. The revision sees High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) prices rise by ₹2 per kg, while Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) and Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) prices each increase by ₹5 per kg.
This price adjustment is expected to impact various sectors reliant on these materials. HDPE is widely used in the production of pipes, containers, and injection-moulded products, while LLDPE and LDPE are commonly utilized in flexible packaging films and lamination applications. Consequently, manufacturers in these sectors may experience higher raw-material procurement costs.
As one of India's leading domestic PE producers, RIL's price changes are likely to influence distributor quotations, replacement costs, and spot-market offers across the country. Buyers are advised to verify the latest prices and consider multiple supplier offers before confirming new orders.
