Dalian futures extend gains across PP, LLDPE, PVC and MEG on April 27
Futures trading on the Dalian Commodity Exchange showed a firm upward trend on April 27, with all major contracts closing higher.

September LLDPE futures increased by CNY39 per ton, settling at CNY8183 per ton (around $1061 per ton excluding VAT). Trading activity remained strong, with volumes reaching 554,382 tons.

PP futures for September delivery posted notable gains, rising by CNY107 per ton to close at CNY8483 per ton (approximately $1100 per ton without VAT). The contract recorded a trade volume of 563,120 tons.

PVC futures also moved higher, gaining CNY15 per ton to settle at CNY5206 per ton (about $675 per ton excluding VAT), with trading volumes of 995,713 tons.

MEG futures followed the same trend, advancing by CNY55 per ton to close at CNY4881 per ton (around $633 per ton without VAT). The total traded volume stood at 481,485 tons.

Overall, the session reflected broad-based strength across polymer and feedstock futures, supported by active market participation.
