SE Asian Producer Returns with July PP, PE Offers After Three-Month Hiatus

Since the producer did not issue offers between April and June, direct month-on-month comparisons were unavailable. However, compared with its last March offers, the new July price list reflects substantially higher levels across key polymer grades.
LDPE film and PP block copolymer injection grades were both offered at $1600/ton CIF Southeast Asia, cash, while LDPE coating was priced at $1660/ton. Homo-PP raffia offers were announced at $1400/ton.
Compared with the producer’s March price indications, LDPE film increased by around $300/ton, homo-PP raffia rose by $240/ton, and PP block copolymer injection grades moved up by $410/ton.
The producer’s return provides fresh pricing guidance to regional buyers, although market participants continue to closely monitor demand conditions and broader polyolefin market trends.
