RIL Increases PP Prices for Homopolymer and Copolymers Effective July 23, 2026

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has announced an increase in the prices of its domestic polypropylene (PP) products, effective from July 23, 2026. This adjustment comes in response to escalating propylene costs, a key raw material in PP production.
The price of PP Homopolymer will rise by INR 2,500 per metric tonne, while PP Impact Copolymer (ICP) and PP Random Copolymer (RCP) will see a more substantial increase of INR 3,500 per metric tonne. Despite these changes, the prices for PP deemed exports will remain stable, with no revisions announced.
This price adjustment is expected to influence procurement activities and the prevailing market offers across India. Buyers of PP Homopolymer may face an increase of approximately INR 2.50 per kilogram, whereas those purchasing PP ICP and RCP might experience a hike of INR 3.50 per kilogram.
Market participants, including traders and distributors, are likely to revise their offers in response to these changes. Buyers are advised to verify the latest prices and consider factors such as stock availability, applicable taxes, and freight costs before placing new orders.
