BCPL Announces Shutdown Plans for LLDPE and PP Plants

BCPL has scheduled temporary shutdowns at its LLDPE and PP plants, according to the latest communication received from the company.

The LLDPE plant is planned to remain shut from May 25 to June 10, 2026, for a total duration of 17 days.

Meanwhile, the PP plant shutdown is tentatively scheduled from May 28, 2026, for a minimum period of 15 days.

Market participants have been advised to place orders accordingly and complete the required BCPL CIS documentation at the earliest.

The planned shutdowns may impact product availability in the domestic market during the maintenance period.
